Cherisse Gray, RN

Cherisse joined Bay Area Plastic Surgery in 2012, first in the operating room and at the bedside. She ran the surgical day and took care of patients before and after surgery, so she learned the practice from the part patients feel most: the schedule, the case, and the recovery.

She now runs the practice from the back office. Patients are less likely to meet her, but the work is still about them: staffing, systems, and the details that keep a surgical day precise and a patient’s experience consistent. Her standard is a patient-centered practice, run with nothing left to chance.

She and Dr. Gray spend their weekends on a full family calendar: time with their children and their dog, friends, and enjoying Marin County.
